We build and maintain this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA. That standard is also what the Americans with Disabilities Act is generally measured against.
Every image carries descriptive alternative text. Headings run in a logical order so screen readers can move through a page by structure. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. Color contrast on text and buttons is checked against the AA threshold. Forms have real labels, not placeholder text standing in for them. Video in the hero is decorative, muted, and never the only way information is presented.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a box we checked once. Third party embeds such as map and review widgets are not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard. We review the site periodically and correct what we find.
