When you call, text, or submit the contact form, that means your name, phone number, email address, the address where the vehicle will be serviced, and details about the vehicle itself. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our payment processor and we never see or store your full card number.
Our website also collects standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, and referring site. That data is aggregated and is not tied to your name.
We use your information to give you a quote, confirm an appointment, show up at the right address, and follow up about the work. We may text or email you about a scheduled appointment or a service you asked about. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker. We do not share it with third parties except the vendors that make the business run, such as our scheduling and payment providers, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about scheduling. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop immediately. Message and data rates may apply.
