These terms cover mobile auto detailing performed by Polished Quality Auto Spa, operated by Gordon Gandara out of La Mirada, CA. Booking an appointment means you agree to them. Questions go to (657) 456-1420.
Appointments are booked by phone or through the contact page. We confirm the service, the price, and the arrival window before the appointment. Nothing gets added to your bill without you approving it first.
Published package prices are for standard sized vehicles in normal condition. Larger vehicles, heavy pet hair, biohazard cleanup, mold, smoke odor, and severe neglect take longer and may cost more. If we arrive and the vehicle needs more than the package covers, we tell you the revised price before we start. You can decline and we will do the original package or reschedule.
We are fully self sufficient and bring our own water, power, and equipment. What we do need is safe, legal, shaded or covered access to the vehicle with enough room to work around it. If the only available spot is unsafe or against property rules, we will work with you to find another one.
Life happens. Give us as much notice as you can and there is no charge to reschedule. If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible or nobody is available, we may charge a trip fee to cover the drive.
Rain, high wind, and extreme heat affect coating and film work. We may reschedule for the sake of the finish. There is never a charge for a weather reschedule.
Detailing improves a vehicle, it does not rebuild it. Deep scratches through the clear coat, rock chips down to primer, cracked leather, burns, permanent dye transfer, and factory paint defects may not fully correct. We inspect the paint before we start and tell you honestly what will and will not come out.
Ceramic coating and paint protection film carry manufacturer coverage tied to proper maintenance. Coverage does not apply to collision damage, improper washing, automatic brush car washes, or damage from other contractors working on the vehicle. We walk you through aftercare on delivery day.
Payment is due on completion unless we agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card and other common methods. Prices are in US dollars.
Please remove valuables, cash, electronics, and anything irreplaceable before your appointment. We are careful with everything in the vehicle, but we cannot be responsible for items left inside.
We often photograph finished work for our portfolio and social accounts. License plates are excluded or obscured. Tell us at the appointment if you would rather we skip it and we will.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the courts serving Los Angeles County.
